The history of the company

The Italento Company was founded by Mauro Grassi in 1992, after his experience as entertainment director at the Mirabilandia amusement park.

4,000 performances; 35 countries visited across 5 continents; 6 million kilometers traveled: these are the numbers achieved in over 30 years of activity, thanks to the originality of the theatrical machines designed and created at the Russi headquarters by Mauro and Luca Perazzini, Italento’s collaborator and “strong arm” for over a decade.

The Living Carillon has been the most successful show for over 25 years. A simple and extremely evocative idea: a white piano wanders to the tunes, guided by a mime in Venetian costume, while an ethereal ballerina dances on it like a real carillon. The show has only one goal: to leave a romantic memory in the audience’s heart.
